All events are timed finals.  The meet is pre-seeded by age group and gender.  All swimmers must report to their blocks for the start of their heat.  The referee reserves the right to combine heats, as needed, to facilitate the flow of the meet.  Swimmers in the 400 IM, 1000 free, and 1650 free must check in at the timing table by the announced deadline the day of the meet.  These events may be reseeded depending on the number of entries.  Breaks betweens events may be scheduled at the discretion of the referee.

Masters medals will be awarded in 5-year groupings (30-34, 35-39, etc.), although different age groups may be combined in heats.

A swimmer may compete in a maximum of four (4) individual events plus two (2) relays.  The meet directors reserve the right to limit the meet to 500 splashes.
